About Your Instructor

Dr. Saundra Dalton-Smith is a board-certified internal medicine physician and work-life integration research with over 20 years of experience helping high-achievers perform at their highest level.  She has been an adjunct faculty member at Baker College and Davenport University in Michigan teaching courses on health, nutrition, and disease progression. Now she shares her insight on stages worldwide helping leaders and teams thrive.
